A new village, a new country.........
To register unregistered births, marriages and deaths under the National Integration Participation Development Program, under the guidance of the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government, the Registrar General Department and the Kandy District Secretariat together with the intervention of the Charliyedda Divisional Secretariat on 18.05.2023 at 9.00 am A mobile service was held from to 3:00 p.m.
This mobile program was carried out very successfully with the support of the staff including the Assistant Registrar General of the Kandy Central Zone Office, the Divisional Secretary of Hataraliayedda, the Assistant Divisional Secretary, the Administrative Village Officer and all the village officers of the division, Additional District Registrars, Divisional Registrars and office staff.
Here unregistered births, deaths and marriages were registered and 66 clients of the division successfully fulfilled their needs through this mobile service.

The Pindapatha Charika Programme was held on 16.03.2019 with the participation of the Divisional Secretariat Hatharaliyadda, the Police station, the Buddhist Federation government and non-government organizations to commemorate the event of publishing the “Thripitakaya” as a world heritage to protect the “Shasanaya” for the future generation.
