The 74th Independence Day Celebration and Tree Planting Program was held under the patronage of the Hataraliyadda Divisional Secretary and the Assistant Divisional Secretary at the Hataraliyadda Divisional Secretariat premises and concurrent programs at the Grama Niladhari Divisions of the Hataraliyadda Division.
