The concert of the Tamil language prificiency programme of 150 hours held at The Divisional Secretariat for public officers was held on 3rd March 2021 at the Hatharaliyadda Divisional Secretariat with the participation of the Divisional Secretary,Mr.W.G.M Hemantha Kumara.
